UNDP, UNFPA, UN Women & UNV

I attended the Asian parliamentarians on "Preventing and Responding to Violence against Women and Girls: From Legislation to Effective Enforcement" and presented on how to engage men and boys for violence prevention, and how to make public policy that effectively incorporates prevention approaches. I also conducted final stages of data collection for the MP research project. The MPs report is now currently under going peer review.
This report summarizes the "Social Media for Social Change" meeting, part of the “Engaging Young Men through Social Media for the Prevention of Violence against Women” project, which aims to inspire young people to take action to end gender-based violence in China, Indonesia, and India.
